Three Ways I Work

My work sits at the intersection of counselling, coaching, and embodied practice. These approaches offer different entry points depending on what you are navigating, but they share a common intention: creating a reflective space where deeper awareness leads to more grounded choices in life, relationships, and leadership.

The Counsellor

Counselling offers a confidential space to explore emotional experience, relationships, and personal patterns with care and depth. I work with individuals and couples seeking greater understanding, healing, and growth in their lives and relationships.

My approach integrates relational and systemic perspectives with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, supporting clients to understand themselves more clearly and move forward with greater resilience and self-compassion.

The Coach

Leaders and professionals often carry significant responsibility while having very few spaces where they can think openly and reflectively.

Coaching creates a structured yet reflective environment where leaders can step back from immediate pressures, explore relational dynamics, and make more intentional choices within the complex systems they lead.

This work supports clarity, relational intelligence, and grounded leadership.

The Embodied Practitioner

Not all insight happens through conversation. Many of the patterns that shape our lives also live within the body and nervous system.

Practices such as Tai Chi, Qigong, meditation, and somatic awareness support nervous system regulation, presence, and deeper connection between mind and body.

These practices can complement counselling and coaching, or stand alone as pathways toward greater wellbeing and embodied awareness.

About Jason Woolley

I am a counsellor, executive coach, and embodied practitioner based in Singapore.

My professional background spans counselling, leadership coaching, and earlier senior leadership roles in complex organisational environments. Having worked across government, defence, and commercial sectors, I understand the pressures that accompany responsibility for people, relationships, and outcomes.

Today my work focuses on creating reflective spaces where individuals, couples, and leaders can slow down, make sense of what they are experiencing, and respond with greater clarity and intention.

Alongside counselling and coaching, I teach Tai Chi and related embodied practices that support presence, nervous system regulation, and grounded leadership.
